Tom Pritchett designs step-by-step in partnership with his clients, from the first site development studies through the evaluation process and ultimately to an agreed upon plan. He provides detailed construction documents, takes care of all bidding and negotiation for the installation and conducts personal field observations throughout the construction process. He has the analytical and economical judgment required to ensure that the work is completed to the client's expectations.
